A. The ground condition is very important. The ground is flat and does not have sand. B. The height of the venue should be at least 9 meters. If the height is not high enough, the dazzling lights will affect the athletes.There shall be no cross beams or other obstacles, and there shall be no obstacles within 5 meters around the course. C. the walls around the course should be dark, without wind.
